Delivery time

In order for the gift purchases to arrive by Christmas, please place your order according to the dates below at the latest. You can choose the delivery method that suits you at the checkout of the online store. Posti parcel lockers may be full at Christmas time, so we recommend choosing delivery to Posti's pick-up point.

By ordering gifts in good time, you ensure that your package arrives in time for Christmas.

Delivery times in Finland:

  • Posti Pikkupaketti: Order at the latest 15.12.
  • Postipaketti: Order at the latest 19.12.
  • Posti Kotipaketti: Order at the latest 18.12.

International deliveries, Europe:

  • GLS - Nordic countries, Baltic region: Order at the latest 16.12.
  • GLS - Rest of Europe: Order at the latest 11.12.

International deliveries, countries outside Europe:

  • Posti EMS: Order at the latest 2.12.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the transport service, or if the order cannot be delivered because the customer has given incorrect contact information to the Aarrelabel online store. We are also unable to influence if the parcel point of the transport service is full and the parcel is redirected to an alternative pick-up point.

We ship orders from Monday till Friday. All of our web shop orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vantaa, Finland. We aim to process new orders on the following business day of ordering. Shipping takes 1-4 business days in Finland, in Europe 2-5 business days and rest of the world 8-10 business days. Holidays etc. might affect the delivery time.

We deliver all the ordered products in one shipment. Aarrelabel.com does not guarantee the availability of online store products in all situations. If the ordered product cannot be delivered, we will automatically refund the purchase price of the product and inform the customer about it to the e-mail address provided with the order.



Shipping to Finland

The package is delivered directly to your door. You will be contacted within 1-3 business days after shipment to agree on a delivery time.

Postipaketti and SmartPOST 5,90€
Delivery to nearest Post pick-up service point or Smart Post parcel locker, 2-3 business days.

Posti Pikkupaketti 3,90€
Small orders straight to your home, 2-4 business days. If the order doesn't fit through you mailbox, it will be delivered to your nearest Post office.

Matkahuolto

Lähellä-paketti 5,90€
Delivery to the Matkahuolto parcel locker or pick-up service point of your choosing, 2-3 business days.

Pick-up

Pick-up from store 0,00€
We collaborate with Pukimo -store, which is located in Lempäälä Ideapark (Ideaparkinkatu 4, 37570 Lempäälä FI, 050 3620412). Pukimo will send you a text message when your order is ready for pick-up, the order cannot be collected right away! It takes approximately two business days for the order be to ready for pick up. 



Shipping to Europe

We use GLS Parcel Service for orders shipped to Europe. You will receive an email from GLS when your order is shipped with the tracking information. Depending on your country the delivery takes from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. For most European countries you can also choose the pick up point of your liking from a wide selection, after the shipment has been made.

We don't ship orders to Great Britain.

Delivery cost is 14,90 €. Includes VAT, packing, and shipping of the order.



Shipping to Rest of the World

Orders delivered outside of Europe will be delivered as EMS (Express Mail Service) parcels. EMS parcel will be delivered to you with your local Post in 8-10 business days. All of our shipments can be tracked and if you didn't receive your tracking code by email, please contact us help@aarrelabel.com and we will provide a tracking code for you.

Delivery cost is 39,90 € including packing and shipping of the order.
