Another advantage of a wool cardigan is that it requires little special care. Often, simply airing it out, placing it in the freezer, and removing any pilling with a fabric shaver is all that is needed. If you are looking for a chunky cardigan, the long Alma cardigan is an excellent choice.

Our collection includes the classic Nooa knit dress, crafted from mulesing-free merino wool. The Nooa merino wool dress features a knee-length cut, a classic round neckline, and fitted sleeves. We also offer the sophisticated Filipa merino knit dress, which features a high turtleneck. If a full-length knit dress feels too long, our range also includes the Iida knit tunic (made from organic cotton) and the Ada knit tunic (made from merino wool). It is always a good idea to wear a thin, breathable T-shirt under a knit dress. This prevents sweat from easily transferring to the knit fabric, thereby reducing the need for washing. Mulesing-free merino wool is nature’s own super-material

Many of the women's knits in our collection are made from high-quality, mulesing-free merino wool. As a material, merino wool is in a league of its own: it is highly breathable, feels luxuriously soft against the skin, and generally does not cause the itchiness often associated with standard wool. Merino wool provides warmth in cold weather while remaining breathable and effectively wicking away moisture. A merino wool knit keeps you warm during freezing winter weather, but it is also excellent for the changeable conditions of autumn and spring, when mornings are cold and afternoons are warm. Thanks to its high breathability, merino wool does not feel hot even in warmer weather. All the merino wool we use is mulesing-free.

What is mulesing-free merino wool?

Mulesing is a surgical procedure performed by sheep farmers without local anesthesia. It involves removing a strip of loose skin from around the sheep's behind. The procedure is carried out to prevent parasitic flies from laying eggs and breeding on the sheep's skin.
