We want to make recycling as easy as possible for you!

Send your used Aarrelabel clothes back to us, we will buy them for a gift card and search a new home for them!

You earn 60% of the estimated second hand selling price of each garment accepted for sale, plus 80% of the portion exceeding €80.00 second hand selling price. A handling fee of €2.80 per item and potential shipping costs are deducted from your gift card value.

You can use the gift card almost immediately, and you don’t have to wait for the clothes to be sold. Easy, fast and sustainable!

1. FILL OUT THE RESALE FORM

Fill out and send the Resale form and choose a gift card for your preferred brand. You can send items from over 160 approved brands in one go.

2. PACK AND SEND THE ITEMS

Pack the clothes for sale. Include a note titled “Ninyes Resale Shipment” with your name, phone number and email address. Send your package via PostNord or Matkahuolto (in Finland), or drop them off at a Ninyes Collection Box. See the complete shipping instructions

3. RECEIVE YOUR GIFT CARD

When we have processed your shipment, you will receive the refund value of the clothes in your email. Once you have accepted the value, you will receive a gift card in your email. Your gift card will arrive via email within two weeks after shipping the items.

We’ll reward you with a digital gift card to your chosen Ninyes partner brand. The value is based on our estimated resale price for your item.

The gift card is valid for six months from the date you have received it.

Why recycle?

At Aarre, we design and manufacture clothes that stand the test of time and use – because the world doesn't need any more useless clothes. The more use a garment gets, the smaller its overall impact on nature. By recycling, we can reduce the carbon footprint of Aarrelabel products.



What can I recycle?

YES PLEASE!

All Aarrelabel clothes. The products must be intact, clean, tidy and in good condition. The assumed selling price must be at least 10 €.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

Dirty, stained or torn clothes, faded or discolored clothes, replica products or products that are already used up. The products must not contain animal hair. Sample pieces or II quality with brand label cut in half. We do not accept hygiene products or small accessories, such as face masks or reflectors.


SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS IN FINLAND:

1. Fill out The Resale Form .

2. Carefully pack the products in a suitable cardboard box or shipping bag. Attach a note with the title “Ninyes Resale shipment” and your name, phone number and email address. Write the sender’s name and phone number on the package.

3. Send your package using PostNord or Matkahuolto, or take it to a Ninyes Collection Box. Follow the shipping instructions for your chosen delivery method.

PostNord

  • You will receive a link to the PostNord portal in your email. Create a shipment in the portal and receive an 8-digit code for your shipment. You will see your nearest PostNord locations after you have created the shipment.
  • Take the package to a PostNord service point. Keep the receipt or email confirmation of your shipment.

Matkahuolto

  • Write the return code: 9545051 and the recipient's information on the package: Ninyes Oy, Dosentintie 7D, 00330 Helsinki
  • Take the package to a Matkahuolto service point. You can find the nearest service points in the service point search. Keep the receipt for your shipment.

4. You will receive an email notification when your items have been received. Processing time is approximately 2 weeks.

5. Once the products have been processed, you will receive an email with the value of the gift card. You have 3 days to accept or reject the proposal. If you do not respond, the gift card will be automatically accepted.

6. The brand you selected will send you the gift card via email.
