Returns

Our online store offers a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving the products. The return policy also applies to discounted items purchased from our online store. For domestic returns in Finland, there is no need to notify us of the return in advance by e-mail. For international returns, first contact us by e-mail: help@aarrelabel.com


Return Fee

For domestic orders in Finland, placed on or after February 1, 2025, a €5.90 return shipping and handling fee will be charged. A return label is included in your shipment, allowing you to return your items free of charge. However, when we process your return, the €5.90 fee will be deducted from your refund. If you return your entire order and have chosen invoice payment, the €5.90 return fee will remain on your invoice for payment. For international orders, a €10 return fee applies, which will be deducted from your refund.


Return Receipt

The receipt serves as proof of your return. Please request a receipt when returning your package and keep it until your return has been processed.


Return Processing

Returns are processed within 14 business days from the return shipment date. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. If more than 14 business days have passed since your return, please contact our customer service with your return tracking number so we can check the status of your return. The tracking number can be found on your return receipt.


Product Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item or size.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons our pantyhose can not be returned after the package has been opened and the garment has been tried on. This is according to EU’s Consumer Protection law (chapter 6 a, § 16).


Late Returns

If your order’s return period has expired, you can no longer return the item using the return label. In this case, please contact our customer service: help@aarrelabel.com


How to Return Items in Finland

For domestic orders in Finland, returning items is easy with the return label included in your shipment. Pack the return items along with the completed return form in the original shipping package (or a similar package). If the return form is missing or unfulfilled, we may not be able to link the return to your order, and you may not receive a refund.

The product must be in saleable condition – clean, unwashed, and unused, with all tags attached. Ensure that no makeup stains or pet hair remain on the product. If we receive dirty or unsaleable products, we reserve the right to deduct a €10 cleaning fee from your refund. If the item is unsaleable, we may reject the return altogether.


Returning via Posti or Matkahuolto in Finland

Attach the return label over the original shipping label. Drop off the package at your nearest Posti or Matkahuolto service point. Request and keep the receipt until you receive confirmation of the return.
If your return package is thin (less than 3cm thick and under 2kg), you may drop it in a Posti mailbox with the return label attached. However, we recommend saving the tracking number just in case of problem situations.


Returning via Posti Smartpost in Finland

Get a return code from https://www.posti.fi/en/private/parcels-and-tracking/return-a-parcel using your JJFI tracking number. Choose a Posti Smartpost locker based on your postal code. You will receive a return code and locker number for your return. Drop the package in the locker and keep the receipt. Alternatively, you can use the original tracking number from the shipping label to generate a return code on Posti’s website: https://www.posti.fi/en/private/parcels-and-tracking/return-a-parcel

Take your package to a Posti or Matkahuolto service point and provide the return code to the staff. They will print a return label for you. Request and keep the receipt until your return is confirmed.

If you don’t have a return form, please include a note with your name, order number, and details of the returned products so we can process your return correctly.


International returns via GLS or Posti partners

To return products from Europe or outside Europe, first contact our customer service at help@aarrelabel.com. In your message, please indicate your intention to return a product, along with your name and order number. Pack the items to be returned, along with the completed return form, in the original shipping package (or similar).

After your contact, we will arrange the return shipment for you and/or provide an address label for you to send your return to us. For orders delivered within Europe, returns will be handled by GLS. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method as soon as we receive the returned items.

For orders delivered abroad, a €10 return fee will be charged. This fee will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount. If you return all items from your order, we will also refund the shipping cost. However, the €10 return fee will still be deducted from the total refund.


International Product Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item or size.


Pre-order returns

Normal return conditions apply to pre-order products, and products have a normal 30-day return right from receiving the order.


Special Cases

Promotional Discounts (e.g., "Buy 3, Pay for 2")

If you return items from a promotional discount (such as Buy 3, Pay for 2), the discount will no longer apply. You will pay full price for the remaining items, and the discount will be adjusted accordingly.


Missing or Incomplete Return Form

If your return does not include a completed return form, we may not be able to process the return. If your order did not include a return form, please contact us for instructions before returning the items.

If you already sent an incomplete return, email us additional details to ensure proper processing.


Refunds

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and reviewed. This typically takes 5–14 business days from the return shipment date. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is completed. Bank Transfer: Refunds appear in 1–3 business days, depending on the bank. Gift Cards: If your order was paid entirely with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the same gift card. If a combination of gift card + another payment method was used, the refund is applied to the gift card first, then to the other payment method.


Claims & Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service as soon as possible and attach a photo of the issue: help@aarrelabel.com

With defective products, if the claim is approved, we offer the following solutions:

  • Repair (only in Finland): If the defect can be fixed, we will arrange a free repair via our partner Menddie. Follow them @menddierepairs
  • Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will send you a new replacement item. We will email instructions for returning the defective product before sending the replacement.
  • Refund or Store Credit: If neither repair nor replacement is an option, we can offer a refund or a store credit equal to the purchase price. If the defective item was the only product in your order, we will also refund your shipping fee.

With incorrect items, we will arrange the product exchange free of charge.
