Returns and Changes
The return policy starts from the day you receive your order. This right is valid only for items in original condition, which means they must be clean, unwashed, and unused, with tags still attached.
Please note that items you try on should not have, for example, makeup stains or pet hair on them. If we receive dirty or otherwise unsaleable returns, we reserve the right to deduct a 10 € sales restoration cost from the refunded amount for cleaning the product.
In possible volume discounts (for example, buy 3 pay for 2), the campaign price expires if you return products affecting the volume discount. When returning one or more products, you lose your discount and pay the full price for the products you kept.
Returns and Changes in Finland
If you want to exchange the product you ordered, you must return the exchangeable product to us and make a completely new order for the other product/size you want. Customer returns are free of charge in Finland (applies for order made before 1.2.2025).
For orders in Finland, you will receive a return shipping label with your order with which you can ship the products you want return back to us. Remember to fill and attach the return form you received with your order with the returned items. Customer returns are free of cost in Finland area (applies for order made before 1.2.2025).

Returns
You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. The return right stands only for items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, including labels, hang tags etc.
For the return, please first contact our customer service help@aarrelabel.com with your name, order number and wish to return. Also fill the return form you received with your order and attach it with the return items.
After your return request, we will arrange shipment back to us with GLS. We will process the refund as soon as possible after receiving the return parcel. The refund will be paid according to the original payment method used in order.
The Return fee is 10 euros and will be deducted from the refund amount. If you return all the products in your order, we will also refund the shipping costs you paid. Even if you return all the products in your order, the 10 euro Return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Changes
If you would like to change some items in your order, please see our return instructions and place a new order for the products you want.

Pre-order returns
Normal return conditions apply to pre-sale products, and products have a normal 30-day return right from receiving the order.
Defective Products
The quality of our products is important for us. Our garments are not supposed to broke in the first use and the materials we use should last many washes. If this is not the case and you happen to receive a product with defect (or the material behaves abnormally in the first wash etc.), please explain the situation and send a picture of the defective piece if possible to our email address help@aarrelabel.com. If the product is not made according to our quality standards we will replace the product with a new one. Also gift card compensation or refund is possible.
