Our warehouse is moving locations and this will affect delivery times from 8th May to 20th May. General

This online store is owned by Aarrelabel, officially Pumpkin Design Oy (2382682-5). Pumpkin Design Oy will sell and deliver all items ordered through this online store. This online store is solely meant for Aarrelabel’s corporate customers.

To order, the company must have a valid business ID. The retailer is responsible for any country-specific and statutory markings on products delivered for resale outside Finland. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. Our products are designed and meant for use inside Europe so product liability isn’t valid in countries outside of European Union.

Products

The product page provides more detailed product information such as purchase price, place of manufacture, material information, and MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price).

There are two kind of products sold in this online store, stock products and pre-order products. It will be clearly visible on the product page if the product is part of a pre-sale campaign. You can combine pre-sale and stock products to your order. Stock products will be delivered after placing the order and pre-sale products according to the launch schedule.

Stock products

We refer to stock products as products that are ready in our warehouse and can be delivered immediately. Stock products are located in our warehouse in Turku, Finland. See payment terms below.

Pre-sale products

The products that are part of a pre-sale campaign are clearly marked with a pre-sale label. Product page contains information of the pre-sale deadline and launch date of the pre-sale product. This information will also be available on your order confirmation.

Pre-sold products will be delivered by the time of the given launch date. You will automatically receive information about your pre-sale items as the launching date approaches. See payment terms below.

By placing a pre-sale order you can secure the availability for the products you want. If the pre-sale date is missed, you can purchase the products as stock products after the launch date. We reserve the right to make small changes or cancel items after the pre-sale.

Product labeling and packing

All Aarrelabel articles sold in this online store include hang tag with following information: Product name in English, Size information (as stated in the product page), material composition, EAN code and MSRP (as stated in the product page). Depending on the product, the product will be shipped with individual polybag or, if possible, without a polybag to reduce plastic waste. Each product has washing label that contains material composition and care instructions in languages Finnish, Swedish and English.

Ordering

Products are mainly ordered through the www.wholesale.aarrelabel.com online store. Orders are confirmed by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer. The order confirmation shows the content of the order, the purchase price and the delivery and billing address.

Orders are binding and by placing an order, the customer commits to receive and pay for the ordered products. The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid at the time of ordering. For a smooth on time delivery, always check that the delivery address and contact information are correct.

Pumpkin Design Oy (2382682-5) owns the products until the entire order has been paid for and delivery has been confirmed. We reserve the right to make changes to the order, for example due to an inventory errors, production delays or other complications.

Minimums

This online store doesn’t have minimum product quantity or minimum order value request for stock products.  We wish pre-sale orders to be at least 500 € vat 0% for convenient order processing.

Prices

The prices of the products are presented in the online store without taxes (VAT 0%). If the customer is located in Finland, 24% VAT will be added to the order in the shopping cart. Corporate customers located outside Finland are taxable in their own country and can thus order products tax-free from our online store. In order for products to be delivered to countries outside Finland tax-free, the customer must provide a valid VAT number of their company with the order.

Customer is responsible for any customs duties and other import costs regarding the purchased articles, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract. Customer located outside the EU is responsible for the correct care instructions and other specific markings required by the country.

Delivery costs are calculated on cart depending on the destination country. Free delivery limit for orders shipped to Finland is 1000 € (vat 0%).

Pumpkin Design Oy reserves the right to make changes to the prices presented on this online store without further notice.

 

MSRP

The product page of each product also contains the MSRP (manufacturer’s Suggested retail price). The MSRP presented in the online store includes taxes, 24% VAT. In accordance with the Finnish tax rate.

According to the law, Pumpkin Design Oy cannot determine the sales price used by customers in their own channels, but we recommend following the manufacturer’s recommended retail prices.

 

Changing or cancelling an order

Orders are binding and by placing an order, the customer commits to receive and pay for the ordered products.  It is not possible to cancel or change the order after the order has been processed. The customer must always carefully check the order confirmation received by e-mail and report any errors immediately in writing to sales@aarrelabel.com.

If you want to add products to the same delivery, you can place a new order and request the delivery together with your previous order in the additional information field found at the checkout. We will deliver the orders together, if it is still possible and the previous order has not yet been delivered. We cannot guarantee that it is possible to combine deliveries, but it depends on the stage of the previous order.

Inventory errors

Pumpkin Design Oy has the right to change an order placed be the customer due to an inventory error (ordered product is not in stock) or any similar delivery related errors.

If the missing products are < 5% of the ordered quantity, Pumpkin Design Oy will notify the missing products in writing, but entitled to deliver the other products in the order. If the missing products are > 5% of the ordered quantity, Pumpkin Design Oy will contact the customer by e-mail and confirm whether the customer wants to receive the remaining order despite the missing products.

Payment methods

We have three options available for the payment of your order in wholesale.aarrelabel.com:

Invoice

Invoice will be delivered by email or e-invoice according to the invoicing details given at checkout.

PayPal

We recommend this payment method for orders outside of Finland. Through PayPal you can make the payment with the most common credit cards. From checkout you will be directed to PayPal purchase page, where you can use your existing account or make a new account.

Paytrail

Paytrail Oyj (VAT number: FI2122839) offers you the option to pay via the most common Finnish online banks and credit cards such as Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard.

Paytrail Oyj acts as the seller, which means that the sale is made between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. In this capacity Paytrail Oyj is responsible for all obligations related to the sale. Paytrail Oyj is also the receiver of the payment. Contact information:

Payment terms

Contact sales@aarrelabel.com if you have any questions regarding the payment terms. We will not deliver orders to customers with any overdue payments.

Finland                                         

Prepayment

For new customers, we require 100% prepayment with orders over 500 € vat 0%. If you use PayPayl or Paytrail as a payment method, your payment will be received immediately. If you choose invoice, we will send your invoice after processing the order with 7 days net payment term and ship the order after payment has been received.

14 days net

With trusted long-time partners with secure finances, we deliver orders with 14 days net payment term. Invoice will be sent immediately after the delivery is made.

Other countries

For customers located outside of Finland, we always request 100% prepayment. If you use PayPal or Paytrail as a payment method, your payment will be received immediately. If you choose invoice, we will send your invoice after processing the order with 7 days net payment term and ship the order after payment has been received.

Pre-sale orders

The same payment terms stand with pre-sale orders.

General about deliveries

For a smooth delivery, please always check that the delivery address and contact information are correct on the order confirmation received by email. Any errors must be reported immediately in writing to sales@aarrelabel.com.

Pumpkin Design Oy is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information. Pumpkin Design Oy is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.

Please note that pre-paid orders will only be delivered once the invoice has been paid in full (or payment is made with PayPal or Paytrail). In this case, the delivery time of the order depends on when the customer pays for the ordered products.

Warehouses

Products ordered from the online store are delivered from our warehouses either in Turku or Portugal. So, depending on the products you order, you may receive more than one delivery per order. Usually stock articles are delivered from our Turku warehouse and orders including pre-sale items are delivered from Portugal.

Delivery and handling costs

Delivery costs are calculated on cart depending on the country of delivery. Free delivery limit for orders shipped to Finland is 500 € (vat 0%) and will be reduced in cart automatically when the conditions are matched.

No other processing costs will be added to the order. Customer is responsible for any customs duties and other import costs regarding the purchased articles, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract. Customer located outside the EU is responsible for the correct care instructions and other specific markings required by the country.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking code for your order with the Order complete email. You can also request a tracking code for your order by contacting us sales@aarrelabel.com.

 

Delivery options to Finland

Stock orders will be delivered with Posti, you can choose from Postipaketti, Kotipaketti or Express paketti. Pre orders will be delivered from Portugal with UPS Truck or with combination of pallet and Posti Express parcel.

We aim to process all orders in three business days, not including the order date. By processing we mean packing and preparing the order. Posti parcels take 1-2 business days to arrive in Finland, so you can accept your order to be delivered in 4-7 business days.

We always aim to operate within the times mentioned above, but occasional delays at the warehouse may extend the total delivery time by a maximum of five business days. Pumpkin Design Oy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistic companies.

 

Delivery options to other countries

You can choose between Parcel Connect Priority parcel, EMS parcel and GLS parcel, depending on the destination country. Available options and prices are presented at checkout. Parcel options

Parcel Connect Smooth delivery designed for online store deliveries, service is made together with DHL and Bring. Parcel will be delivered for pick up with the most convenient way, depending on the country (only in Europe, selected countries). 3-8 business days.

Priority parcel takes 3–5 business days to ship to Scandinavia and 3–7 business days to rest of Europe and 6-14 days to rest of the world. The order will be delivered straight to customer or to your local Post, depending on your country.

EMS parcel takes 1-3 business days to ship to Europe and 2-8 business days to the rest of the world. EMS parcel will be delivered straight to your address.

GLS parcel Trusted logistics partner deliveries to Europe (also UK). Fully trackable delivery and flexible delivery to your address or selected pick-up point.

Incomplete / incorrect delivery

We strive to pack orders carefully and efficiently, but human errors might sometimes occur in the delivery of orders. It is very important that the customer checks the delivered products within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Possible errors must be reported in writing to sales@aarrelabel.com within 7 days of receiving the order. The notification must specify the name and quantity of incorrectly delivered / missing products and the order number to which the delivery error relates.

Depending on the situation, we will either deliver the products that were missing from the order, if possible, or refund them to the customer’s invoice/account. If the customer has been provided with additional products / products that they have not ordered, we will ask the customer to return the products or offer the possibility to redeem the additional products, depending on the situation. The customer can also include a wish of action in the notification.

 

Reclamations

If the product is broken or defective at the time of receiving (or behaves abnormally after light usage / first wash) you can reclaim the product by sending us a picture, explanation and information about which order the reclaim concerns by e-mail sales@aarrelabel.com. If, based on the information, we feel the reclaim is appropriate, we will replace it with a new equivalent product. If we are unable to offer a similar product or the product, we are proposing is not suitable, we will refund the purchase price of the product to the party who originally ordered the product, not directly to the end customer, for example.

Pumpkin Design Oy has the right to demand the reclaimed product for examination before replacing the product with a new one or making a refund. If the reclaimed product is to be examined, we will provide instructions for sending the product to us. Pumpkin Design Oy is responsible for the costs of shipping the reclaim product, but the customer must follow the shipping instructions provided by Pumpkin Design Oy.

The customer is responsible for communication with its own end customers in the event of a reclaim. Reclaims are always refunded to the party who originally ordered the reclaimed product from Pumpkin Design Oy, not directly to the end customer, for example.

Pumpkin Design Oy is not responsible for indirect costs caused by product reclaims, such as marketing costs.
