SALES MANAGER
to be responsible for sales of our own brands and business development in Pirkkala.
As a sales manager, you are responsible for developing the comprehensive sales strategy and process for Aarrelabel, Puuvillatehtaa and Ratia, as well as for "hands on" implementation. Your desk primarily includes B2B-side sales campaigns, advance sales and customer management, but together with the team you also plan B2C-side campaigns and product selection. In addition, you are involved in marketing planning and product development. As you can see, as a small and agile organization, we don't want to set anyone's job description in stone, but we offer opportunities for versatile work. In addition to ideation, planning and development, our entire organization is involved in daily activities.
You are a versatile digital sales expert with previous experience in B2B sales - always better if specifically in the textile sector! You are passionate about brands and concepts, and you could describe yourself as a holistic salesperson, developer and leader. The e-commerce platform we use is WooCommerce, but we feel that the experience of any e-commerce platform is useful in the task. You also know how to use other modern tools of digital sales in your work. Commercial training also contributes to good conditions for success in the task.
We expect you to be as positive, brave and open as we are. We work seriously, but not really, and we hope that you also have an entrepreneurial attitude and the courage to make independent decisions. You are enthusiastic and interested in the textile industry and the responsible clothing industry. You have a visual eye and also a sense of aesthetics, because we fall in love with our clothes every day, we appreciate the people who make them and their materials, and we want to make this visible in our online store.
