General
Aarrelabel is a brand owned by Pumpkin Design Ltd (Business ID 2382682-5). Pumpkin Design Ltd is a Finnish clothing manufacturer and seller. Our products are sold to customers over 18 years of age in Finland and EU countries. The products are designed and meant for use inside Europe, so product liability isn’t valid in countries outside of European Union. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change our prices and shipping costs.
How to Order
Our products are sold mainly via our online store Aarrelabel.com. All orders are confirmed by email to the email address provided by the client. The confirmation email includes a list of ordered items, the total sum of the order and shipping costs. Aarrelabel.com does not guarantee the availability of all online store products in all situations. By placing an order the customer agrees to all existing terms and conditions of the Aarrelabel.com online store.
Secure Payment Options
In our online store, you can choose to pay by online banking, debit or credit card, mobile payment, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna invoice. Depending on the payment method, the payment service provider is Paytrail, PayPal, Klarna or Shopify Payments/Stripe. The payment service provider appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.
In cases of complaints related to payments, we ask you to primarily contact the selected payment service provider. In cases of product complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the customer service of the Aarrelabel.com online store here or help@aarrelabel.com

Paytrail payment service forwards your payment to the merchant. Your bank statement or credit card invoice shows Paytrail Ltd as the recipient of the payment. In case of a product return, we will refund the money to your account via Paytrail.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the transaction and other obligations it defines itself.

Online Bank Payments(by Paytrail)
You have access to online bank payments from all Finnish banks, either based on the banks' eBanking interfaces or open banking interfaces. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. Paytrail Ltd appears as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement, and forwards your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Debit and Credit Cards (by Paytrail)
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail Ltd appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the customer's card payment directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form, and payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
Mobile Payments (by Paytrail)
MobilePay and Siirto are mobile payment methods that work in the app and allow you to pay for online purchases by bank transfer from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the app in question. Apple Pay is a service that works on an Apple device and allows you to pay for purchases with a payment card connected to the device.

APPLE PAY

EXPRESS CHECKOUT (Shopify Payments/Stripe)
With Express Checkout, you can choose the most common credit card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay as payment methods. The service is provided by Shopify Payments/Stripe.
PAYPAL
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal's website at the end of your order to complete the payment transaction. If you are a new PayPal user, you can create your own PayPal account. If you paid via PayPal and return the products, we will refund the money directly to your PayPal account.

KLARNA INVOICE
Buy now, pay later! The payment period is 30 days. You do not need to provide your payment card details and you will receive instructions from Klarna via email on how to pay the invoice. You can also view your invoices in the Klarna app.

KLARNA FLEXIBLE INSTALLMENT PAYMENT
When you want to pay for your purchase in installments, you can choose Klarna's flexible installment payment at checkout. When you choose flexible installment payment, you decide how often you want to pay for your purchase (starting from 1/100 of the remaining amount, but with a minimum of €5.00 /month). This means that
- You will receive the products you ordered before you pay
- You never have to give your payment card details
- You can pay the remaining amount at any time
When you pay at least 1/100 of the monthly payment (but always at least €5.00/month), the loan interest rate for flexible installment payment is 18.90 %, and no other fees are charged on the loan. The actual annual interest rate and the total cost of the loan are indicated at the checkout of the online store. You can also switch to flexible installment payment later. When you choose flexible installment payment, Klarna will send you a monthly invoice at the end of each month, stating the minimum amount to be paid.

Delivery
The delivery time to Europe is usually 3-5 business days, depending on the destination country. Public holidays, etc. may affect the delivery time. We will inform you of any unusual delivery times on our social media channels, in our newsletter, and on our online store pages.
Please note that Posti only stores shipments for 7 days in Finland (weekends and holidays are included in this seven days). We therefore ask you to always make sure before ordering, that the phone number provided with the order is correct, so that you will receive a notification on your phone when the package is available for pickup.
We deliver the ordered products in one shipment. Aarrelabel.com does not guarantee the availability of the online store products in all situations. If the ordered product cannot be delivered, we will automatically refund the purchase price of the product and notify you of this to the email address provided when ordering.
Shipping to Finland
POSTI
Postipaketti and Smartpost 5,90€ - Free for orders over €120
The package will be delivered to the Posti service point or parcel locker of your choice, 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch.
Posti Pikkupaketti 3,90€ - Free for orders over €120
Small orders delivered straight to your mailbox with tracking number, 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. If the order doesn't fit through your mailbox, the mail carrier can leave the package at the recipient's door.
Posti Kotipaketti 10,90€ - Always chargeable
The package is delivered directly to your door. You will be contacted within 1-3 business days after shipment to agree on a delivery time.
Shipping to EU
All of our online store orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vantaa, Finland. We ship orders from Monday till Friday. We generally process orders no later than the next business day after placing the order.
Delivery time to Europe is usually 3-5 business days, depending on the destination country. Public holidays etc. may affect the delivery time. We will inform you of any unusual delivery times on our social media channels, in our newsletter, and on our online store pages.
We deliver orders to EU countries as a GLS EuroBusiness package (read more). You will receive an email with a tracking number when we have shipped your package. In most European countries, you can also choose your preferred delivery point from the extensive GLS network, once the package has been dispatched.
The delivery cost to Europe is €14.90, including shipping, VAT, and packaging costs.

Track Your Order
Notice of Arrival
You will receive an arrival notification from the shipping company to your phone and/or email when your package has arrived or is ready for collection. Aarrelabel is not responsible for incorrectly entered phone numbers and the resulting loss of the arrival notification.
Uncollected Orders
Uncollected order is not the same as returning an order. If an order is returned to us uncollected, we will automatically refund the money for the ordered products, excluding shipping costs. Therefore, we do not refund shipping costs for uncollected orders. In addition, we will deduct the normal return processing fee (Finland €5.90 / EU Countries €10.00) from the refund amount.
If the order was placed without shipping costs (you have used a coupon that gives you free shipping costs or the order value has exceeded €120 in Finland, etc. comparable situation), we will deduct the return processing fee and the normal shipping fee from the refund amount, as compensation for the costs caused for us for the uncollected shipment. The amount of the delivery fee to be deducted depends on the country of delivery and shipping method used.
We do not resend uncollected orders. If you still want to receive the products you ordered, you can place a new order through our online store. An incorrectly provided phone number and/or email address may result in the customer not receiving a notice of the arrival of the package, and for this reason the order will be returned to us uncollected. Pumpkin Design Ltd is entitled to charge an uncollected shipment fee also in case that the notification of arrival has not been received due to incorrect information provided by the customer or for other reasons beyond the control of the company.
When ordering, please note the storage times of Posti in Finland (7 days at Posti service points and parcel lockers) and ensure that you are there to collect your order. Pumpkin Design Ltd is not responsible for orders that are not collected due to travel or other occasions.
Returns
It is important to us that you are satisfied with the items you have ordered. Our online store offers a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving the products.
The right of return
The right of return is valid for products that are in sellable condition, i.e. clean, unwashed and unused, with any original product tags still attached. The right of return also applies to discounted items purchased from the online store. Please ensure that the product does not contain, for example, makeup stains or animal hair. If we receive dirty or otherwise non-sellable items, we reserve the right to deduct a €10.00 cleaning fee from the refund amount. We also reserve the right to reject a return altogether if the product no longer corresponds to a new, unused product.
Please try on underwear and swimwear over your own underwear.
For hygienic reasons our socks and pantyhose can not be returned after the package has been opened and the garment has been tried on. This is according to EU’s Consumer Protection law (chapter 6 a, § 16). However, the 30-day return policy applies to unopened packages of pantyhose and socks.
Return Fee
For domestic orders in Finland, we charge a return shipping and handling fee of €5.90. You will receive a return label with your delivery, which you can use to send your return to us free of charge, making it easy for you to make the return. The return shipping and handling fee of €5.90 will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded when we process your return.
For orders delivered to Europe, we charge a return shipping and handling fee of €10.00, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
If you return all items in your order, we will also refund the shipping costs you paid. The return fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund even if you return all items in your order. If you return your entire order and have chosen invoice payment, the return fee will remain on your invoice for payment.
Return Receipt
The receipt serves as proof of your return. Please request a receipt when returning your package and keep it until your return has been processed.
Return Processing
Returns are processed within 14 business days from the return shipment date. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. If more than 14 business days have passed since the return date, please contact our customer service and we will check the status of your return. Please also include a photo of the return receipt or the return tracking number in your message. Tracking number can be found on the return receipt you received.
Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item or size.
Late Returns
If your order’s return period has expired, you can no longer return the item using the return label. In this case, please contact our customer service here or by e-mail: help@aarrelabel.com

For domestic orders in Finland, returning items is easy with the return label included in your shipment.

- Attach the return label to the return package in a visible place, covering the original shipping label.
- Drop off the package to the parcel point of the carrier indicated on the return label.
- Request a receipt for your return and keep it until we have processed your return.
Return via Posti Service Point in Finland
Attach the return label over the original shipping label. Drop off the package to the parcel point of the shipping company indicated on the return label. Request a receipt and keep it until you receive an email confirmation, that we have processed your return.
If your return package is thin (less than 3cm thick and under 2kg), you may drop it in a Posti mailbox with the return label attached. However, we recommend saving the tracking number just in case of any problems with the shipment.
Return via Posti Smartpost in Finland
Get a return code from https://www.posti.fi/en/private/parcels-and-tracking/return-a-parcel using your original shipments JJFI tracking number. Choose a Posti Smartpost locker based on your postal code.
You can also create a return shipment with our contract number 673333.
You will receive a return code and locker number for your return. Drop the package in the locker and keep the receipt.

Take the package to the nearest Posti service point and provide the return code to the staff, for the shipping company in question. They will print a return label for you. Request and keep the receipt until your return is confirmed.
NOTE! If you return items without return shipping label, please also include a note with your name, order number, and details of the returned products so we can process your return correctly.

When contacting us, please state your wish to return the product, as well as your name and order number. After that, we will send you detailed return instructions and a return shipping label.

Special Cases
Promotional Discounts (e.g., "Buy 3, Pay for 2")
If you return items from a promotional discount (such as Buy 3, Pay for 2), the discount will no longer apply. You will pay full price for the remaining campaign items, and the discount will be adjusted accordingly.
Unregistered Returns
If your have not registered your return here, we may not be able to process your return. You can also register your return afterwards, when you have already shipped the package to us.
Pre-Order Returns
Normal return conditions apply to pre-ordered products, and products have a normal 30-day return right from receiving the order.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return has been received and reviewed. This typically takes 5–14 business days from the return shipment date. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is completed.
The refund will always be made to the same payment method you used to pay for your order. If you paid with an online bank transfer, the refund will appear in your account after 1-3 business days, depending on your bank.
Gift Card Refunds
If you paid for your entire order with a gift card, the amount will be refunded back to the original gift card. If you used a gift card and another payment method when paying, the refund will always be made primarily to the payment method you used and only then to the gift card.
Product Warranty & Reclaims
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible here or by e-mail: help@aarrelabel.com. In case of reclaims, attach a photo of the defect. If the claim is justifiable, we offer the following solutions for compensation:
- Repair (only in Finland): If the defect can be fixed, we will arrange a repair free of charge via our partner Menddie. Service is available in Finland.
- Replacement: If repair is not possible, we can send you a new replacement item. We will email instructions for returning the defective product before sending the replacement.
- Refund or Store Credit: If neither repair nor replacement is an option, we can offer a refund or a store credit equal to the purchase price. If the defective item was the only product in your order, we will also refund your shipping fee.
If we have sent you defective or incorrect item, we will arrange the product return / exchange free of charge.
Disputes
Pumpkin Design Ltd (aarrelabel.com) is responsible for any defects in the products it sells in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Any disputes arising between Pumpkin Design Ltd and the customer shall be governed by Finnish law.

If a disagreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, you have the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution. Before doing so, you should first contact the Consumer Advisory Service. The Consumer Disputes Board may decline to handle the case if you have not first contacted the Consumer Advisory Service.

Pre-Orders
Some of our products can be pre-ordered. This means that the product is not available ready-made in our stock, but the product is manufactured according to pre-order quantities and estimated future order quantities. If the product is available for pre-order, you will see the PRE-ORDER sticker on the product image. When you select your size on the product page, you will receive the notification "Available on backorder". The estimated delivery time of the pre-sale product is also informed on the product page. By ordering the product from pre-sale, you ensure that you will definitely get the product you want. The products are manufactured based on the orders placed during the pre-sale. Please take this into account when ordering and only order products that you intend to keep, if they are well fitting. Please notice, that you can only have other pre-order products on the same order with the pre-order products.
Pre-Order Payment
The order is paid for when placing the order, using the payment method options available in the online store. If you choose an invoice as the payment method for your order, the invoice will be sent to you at the point when the product's pre-sale period ends. The invoice must be paid normally by the due date.
Pre-Order Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time of the pre-order product is informed on the product page. You will receive a notification in your email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. We reserve the right to schedule changes due to reasons beyond our control.
Pre-Order Returns
Normal return conditions apply to pre-sale products, and products have a normal 30-day return right from receiving the order.
Gift Wrapping
Our online store does not currently offer a gift wrapping service, but you can order a high-quality Tiger's Nap gift bag (€3.50) with your gift order, which you can conveniently wrap your gift in at home. There are two different sizes available, and the Tiger's Nap print is suitable for both adults and children.

Delivery Directly to the Gift Recipient
If you want us to deliver your order directly to the gift recipient, you can choose a delivery to a different address at checkout. Please change the phone number to the recipient's phone number if you want the arrival notification to go directly to the recipient. You can leave your own email address as the email address so that you receive an order confirmation of your order. If the order includes the recipient's phone number, we also recommend that you notify the recipient of the arriving package, so that the recipient knows to pick up the package and does not think that the notification has been sent to the wrong number, for example.
