Canceling the order

You have the option to cancel the order directly through the cancellation function of the online store during the statutory 14-day cancellation right. The notice of cancellation must be made within 14 days after you received the item.

You also have the right to cancel your order before the items are delivered. Cancellation before the delivery is possible until you have received a delivery confirmation message in your e-mail.

NOTE! Canceling your order cancels your entire order.

If you have already received your order, you can either cancel your order using this form, or make a normal return notification within 30 days using the customer return form.
